Love your work and those you work with in a culture where there is vision and heart. We are intentional about living out our calling and purpose in everything we do. We are a place where therapists can grow, collaborate, lead, and learn together, and enjoy a fulfilling career serving infants, children, teens, and their families.
Our impact starts with the child and family, but expands to the community around each child. We are group of individuals that come together to work on a shared passion of working with kids and their families. New graduate or seasoned clinician, we are a place for everyone.
Everything we do is based in love for others. Therapists and staff that feel loved and supported are able to in turn love and nurture children and families. Children and families that are loved and nurtured are more successful. When you become part of the Carolina Peds community, you are family. There are many opportunities for growth, mentoring, and work that has purpose and passion.
Build relationships that you really care about with your teammates while helping children, teens, and families with skills and support to be the best version of themselves. We have a passion for serving others, room for professional growth, and an appreciation for the unique experiences and perspectives each individual brings to the team.
Caring for people is of the utmost importance and that is where the heart is. It’s about who we can help, its about meeting unmet needs of our community in everything we do. We are always sharing and learning together with a system for collaboration and lots of opportunities for professional growth for new and seasoned therapists.
Carolina Peds has made a huge impact on our community and also in our lives. We are a people who strive to continue to learn and grow so we can to help our community. There are opportunities to learn, lead, and see ideas come to fruition as you help us grow in our service to others. Everyone is important. It’s not just a job. We are a family, we are a community.
